Cook Time: 30-40 minutes
Ingredients:
10 grams bird's nest
- 100grams Chicken Bones
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
Preparation :
1. Refer "Cooking Preparations"
2. Boil the chicken bones with a pinch of salt for 30 minutes. Filter and set aside 4 cups of the stock.
3. Place the prepared bird nest in inner pot of a double-steaming pot with the chicken stock.
4. Bring a pot of water to boil and simmer the bird's nests for about 30-40 minutes.
5. Ready to serve either as hot soup.
