Cash On Delivery

Exact Cash can be passed to the Delivery Person when Order is sent.

Currently, Customer can  sign up with paypal for secured and hassle free transactions (www.paypal.com)

 

éNEST is negotiating with Paypal as its preferred business partner for on online Credit Card payment scheme.  In near future, customers can use credit cards for their secured online transactions.

6.    How is organization order arrangement?

If your organization or company need Proforma Invoice/ Contract Agreement, we can forward the contract agreement to you.

7.    What are local delivery options? 

We provide free delivery for local orders above $100 (net values).  Depending on the size of the package, we may use either SingPost or Courier Service.

 

a) Registered mail via Singapore Post (any methods of direct credit payment as mentioned in Q5).

b) Local Courier Service  (Expect to receive your order within 3 working days [excluding weekends/public holidays] with local Singapore delivery address).

8.     How much is local delivery charges?

LOCAL Singapore delivery charges are as follows:

Waived for one way trip

 

a.    Extra trips required for returns or exchanges will be charged S$10 per trip.

b.    Courier Service will call to confirm location and timing prior to delivery.

c.    All deliveries are arranged during weekday (except Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays) hours up to 6pm only.

9.    What is international delivery arrangement?

We ship to anywhere in the world. We will send out your goods via courier services.

 

International Delivery Remarks

a.    Available courier services - UPS, FedEx, DHL, or TNT

Once courier service company picked up your goods from us, they will assign a tracking number for you to track the movement and whereabouts of your goods on the internet.  The courier companies can also act as your agent to settle the import tax or VAT, on your behalf.

 

b.    Self-collect in Singapore

If you have representative or delivery agent in Singapore, we can arrange to deliver your order to them.

 

c.    Unless otherwise requested, customers have to arrange their own cargo insurance for the shipment.  If you need our assistance please do not hesitate to inform us, we will do our best to serve you.
